Catriona Todd has been with James Gettys Hotel in the role of Evening Innkeeper for the past year. She moved to Adams County at age 8 and has lived most of her life nine miles north of Gettysburg in the “wilds” of Upper Adams, where the “metropolitan airs of the County Seat give way to the quiet beauty of fruit orchards.” Ok, we should probably point out that she’s very tongue-in-cheek when it comes to…well, just about anything. She has a great love of history and an arsenal of factoids she insists on unleashing to amuse her guests, friends and anyone else who will lend a sympathetic ear.
